Recent Jobs
In a perfectly perfect world I would be able to take clients all day everyday AND be able to post all the details about each and every one of them. I love being able to share things via the world wide web and I also love the in person one on one interactions I get working as a full time makeup artist.
Sometimes I wish sleep wasn’t a necessity. I’d have so much more time.
I’ve got some great informative posts to come, and for the meantime I wanted to share some photos from some of the jobs I’ve been working on.

I’ve had the honor of getting celebrity Lindsay Arnold (from Dancing With The Stars) ready several times. She just got hitched and the details are being featured all over in the media! Including People magazine, Us Weekly and also here on Entertainment Tonight.

I can’t emphasize enough how big of a sweetheart she is. Which to me is the most beautiful thing.
The glow
I’ve recently been obsessed with finding the perfect products that will make your skin glow like a letter on Wheel of Fortune…here they are:
Powder Illuminator: Laura Geller Gilded Honey gives the look of mega shine and is the perfect light golden color. I use this Charlotte Tilbury brush to apply it.
Liquid Illuminator: Benefit Sun Beam gives a radiant look and is a gorgeous golden bronze tone. I love that it dries, sets and doesn’t slide around on my face like a lot of liquid illuminators sometimes do. I apply it with this Lancome foundation brush.
Body Illuminator: Charlotte Tilbury Super Model Body is the perfect subtle sheen for your body and looks gorgeous in photos. For a more budget-friendly option, I love Gleam (it dries and stays put too.) I like to apply body illuminators using this brush.
Ahhhh summer…..so wonderful. Love these photos taken by Jason Mize of Jeff and I when I was on a job in the Bahamas a few weeks ago. Have a lovely weekend everyone! xoxo
Vintage Inspired Hair and Makeup
I’ve had a lot people request this hairstyle calling it a number of different things like vintage waves, finger waves, vintages curls, retro hair…..all I know is I love it. I feel like this look is always in style and is so girly and glamorous.
Here are the details for this look:Complexion: Temptu Airbrush, Cle de Peau Concealer, Contour by Maskcara in Shadow, Tarte Cheek Stain in Tipsy, Illuminator is a custom mix (sorry that’s kind of annoying but just bein honest 😎 but it looks similar to Benefit High Beam)
Eyes: Urban Decay Anti-Aging Eyeshadow Primer, MAC Eyeshadows in Vanilla (light color) Omega (medium color) and Brun (deepest color.) Liner on top is MAC Creme Liner using the MAC Precise Eyeliner 210 brush , Lancome Khol eyeliner in Blanc on inner lower rim. Hypnose Mascara, and House of Lashes in Siren. For brows, I used Omega and the Anastasia angled brow brush and Brow Gel.
Lips: Lancome Rouge in Love lipstick in 181 Rouge Saint Honore, Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro Lip Stain in Gio
Hair: I used the GHD Curve Classic 1 inch curling iron (this curling iron is good but pricey. For a budget-friendly curling iron I also really like the Hot Tools 1 inch curling iron.) For products, I used Oribe Dry at the roots before backcombing and set with Oribe Superfine Hairspray.

Flower Crown Updo
The flower crown trend has been around for a bit and I’m still getting requests for hairstyles that go well with them. Here’s some photos of makeup and hair I did for my lovely bride Nicole. Photos by Alixann Loosle
